The map was created by Remus Lupine, Peter Pettigrew, Sirius Black, and James Potter and first appears when Fred and George Weasley present it to Harry in their third year as a magic student.
I can't think of any meaning of this tattoo, but it seems like a way of showing mischief. Although, if you think about it a lot, It can symbolize a spirit of search, in which you will find all the hiding places and secrets you need.
oblivion
Obliviate is a memory spell. It is very common for the Ministry of Magic to use this spell with muggles so that they do not remember some event that has to do with magic. It can also be used between wizards, although the spell can sometimes be broken and therefore the wizard that Obliviate has been used against will regain their memory.
En Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Professor Gilderoy Lockhart uses it to try to erase Harry and Ron's memory. In Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire it is used for the first time with humans.
